Our services cover everything from A to Z: flights, accommodation, meals, sightseeing, and more. Every detail is included so you can focus on what matters most — enjoying Japan with your teammates, friends, and group.

We understand that Japan can be a challenging place to navigate, especially with large groups. That’s why we never leave you on your own. Our team is with you 24/7, ensuring everything runs smoothly, safely, and on time.

While Japan is one of the safest countries in the world, we also prioritise group safety with clear protocols and professional supervision, so parents, schools, and participants have full peace of mind.

Please see the list below for the full range of services included in your Japan Camp package all designed to create a memorable, worry-free experience.

Football

Japan Camp organises fully tailored football schedules, designed to give players and teams the most authentic experience in Japan. With a deep network of football clubs across every tier of the game, we open doors that go far beyond standard travel.

Through our trusted relationships with club owners, coaches, and managers, we provide rare insights into the Japanese club structure, while also arranging trial games and securing entry into the right tournaments. Every detail is carefully considered to ensure participants enjoy the best possible football experience in Japan.

EDUCATION

Education in Japan is deeply woven into the nation’s culture and fabric. As part of Japan Camp, teams will experience a unique educational exchange — visiting a Japanese school, sitting in on classes, and learning firsthand how education is structured and delivered in Japan.

This immersive experience not only broadens cultural understanding but also empowers students by giving them a deeper appreciation of Japanese society, discipline, and values.

Hospitality

In Japan, there is the concept of Omotenashi (おもてなし) — a unique approach to hospitality that goes beyond service. It reflects Japan’s deep care for people, anticipating needs before they are even expressed, and creating comfort at every step.

At Japan Camp, you’ll experience this spirit of omotenashi not only through our hosts but also in the way we operate. We ensure every detail is prepared in advance, every question is answered, and every participant feels fully supported. Our goal is simple: to make you feel comfortable, cared for, and free to enjoy an unforgettable football and cultural experience in Japan.

From check-in to luggage handling, our goal is to make the entire journey seamless so you can focus on the experience ahead.

We organise all accomodation and know the best places! Living in Japan is truly unique and remarkable. The use of space is efficient and effective. Japan is also renown for their dedication to discipline and tidiness. During the Japan Camp players will experience “Gasshuku” style accomodation. This accomodation style is popular with sporting teams who undergo intensive training and use the accomodation to build team culture and skills.
